How can I embed a JotForm on my website?

Our website is www.TwinCitiesCaricatures.com and we have several forms we use that are linked on our website. We love the ease of building and copying forms in JotForm, but would like to have our forms embedded on our website instead of having a link to the forms. Our website platform is currently MyPortfolio (previously Behance ProSite). We are looking into rebuilding our site using Wix or WordPress in the relatively near future. I'm sure this is a "simple" question but I haven't been able to find an answer in my searches yet.
