New submissions are not coming to my email address

    Hello,

    Why aren't my jot form submissions coming to my email address?

    As I check the email history log, the emails are being sent from our end without any issue. It seems that there were some test submissions sent by one of our team members and the emails were also being displayed in the log. Are you still experiencing any issue with the email notifications?
