How do I track and have analytics of the content of the form?

Hi

I would like to use Jotform for job site inspection purpose. Therefore, there will be action items with due dates and action parties.

How do I make use of Jotform to perform analysis of the action items such as: the number of action items submitted, the status of the action items, overdued action items, the number of actions assigned to the action parties etc.

The analytics tool currently can only analyse the for submissions, but not the content in the form itself.

Kindly advise.

Where you can check various analytics from your form, like a number of submissions, location origin, device origin, etc.
