My jotform app was connected to another account.
I logged out of the other account and it will not allow me to log in with my log in
I deleted the app on my phone and reloaded app and it will still not allow me to log in
I get the message incorrect username and password

May I know which account are you trying to connect that gives you this error? For us to check further.

I can see that you were able to login on your account using your computer. Do you log in to the iPhone app using your e-mail address? If yes, try using your account username (clmwaterloo) instead. Also, please make it sure you type exactly as you type here on the web site.
