Hi, I'm sure there is a really simple answer. I really struggled last night with making changes and them showing in the published form. Therefore in the early hours of this morning I thought maybe I needed to disable the form, make the changes and then publish again. In doing this the changes are shown in the template but when I follow the link I receive the message that the form is unavailable.
can you therefore please advise
1. how to make changes (to text, spacing etc) then save the changes to the published version.
2. How to remove this error message and have the live form available.
Thank you.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Do note that when you make changes in your form, the Form builder saves it right away.
We had an issue with the previous mode not showing updated changes in the form.
However, this issue has been resolved by our developers.
I have checked your form and it seems you have managed to enable your form again.
Let us know if the issue still remains so that we can check it out further.

I read one of the support post where someone had mentioned the same issue when using the non-standard SUBMIT button. I reverted to the template standard button and the problem resolved. I would suggest if tis is a recurring fault your tech team should look at resolving as it has proved very frustrating.
Thank you for coming back to me.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
You must be referring to the Card Forms. We don't have any issue with the submit button on Card Forms or in the classic forms.
If you need further assistance, let us know.
