How to put address validation in the Form?

I have a problem with the form set up on the site. The visitor doesn't fill the address correctly. How to do ? See example attached

You can check out our widget - Autocompleted Adress. Using this it would auto-populate the address in the field which would minimize the errors in the address field

This is linked to Google maps and has the ability to autocomplete your addresses.
