    Hello,

I set up several forms for a client and used my email as the account email while testing. I replaced my email with the client's on the account but form submissions are still coming to me.

Other forms have not been tested to see if they submit to the wrong email address, but the following http://alamocityallstars.com/tournament-registration/ definately does.

I just checked your Form ID 30353827136149 , it is actually setup to send to  ph***e29@yahoo.com

You probably have used the test button, which will always send a test to the email addressl set up in the account.

To make a real test, just open your form in a tab,  fill it out and submit it.

I also have noticed that you have incorrectly embedded the form, this is the code you currently have:

    <script type='text/javascript' src='http://form.jotform.us/jsform/30353827136149?1635038346'></script>

Please remove it and replace it by this one:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/30353827136149"></script>

    Thanks for the reply,

"29" is my email I was using for testing. The client's email is a "gmail" account.

I'll check the embed code on all the forms to make the needed adjustments. I am using the 'JotForm Integration' plugin which allows me to use the following shortcode to show the form- [jotform id=30424197818155]. I'll try it w/ the default embed code provied on your site.

"You probably have used the test button, which will always send a test to the email addressl set up in the account.

Not sure what you mean by this. Do you mean the email that was attached to the account when the forms were built? Like I said, I have changed the email to the client's email prior to launhing their new site, but they are still coming to my email.

To make a real test, just open your form in a tab,  fill it out and submit it."

    ???

    I figured it out...

The 'email alerts' (next to "Thank You" for those that may have the same problem) is automatically generated when you make a form. The recipeient email is set to the email you have attached to your account at the time of building the form.

I had to go into the email alerts/email list/notification setup and change the email address to the new one.

    Thank you.
