Why does my storage space still appear to be over the limit when I have deleted all submissions in my account?

    I am trying to create more upload space to stay within the no-cost level of Jotform accounts. I deleted all of my inactive forms, which I believe means that I deleted all of the submissions in them. I now have only one form in my account, and it has not yet had any submissions. Yet my account still says I am using over 600MB of storage. (It was once that high because I upgraded to Pro for one month last summer to handle a period of many/large submissions.) Shouldn't it be back down to zero now?

    I have now refreshed your available space, so currently you have 419kb on your cache (which I believe from the test submission you made).

    Please clear your browser's cache if you are still getting the over limit notification.
