Form Conditions: The conditions in the form disappeared.

    Without any reasonable logic all conditions disappeared and I lost a lot of work.

    Can you pls check?

    I have checked your  forms and found two forms without any condition.

    The forms are https://www.jotformeu.com/form/91154925623357 and https://www.jotformeu.com/form/90954872192366

    May we know if you have recently edited your form?

    Can you please try reverting your form to the previous version?

    Hello,

    I was obliged to go back to a previous version and copy the conditions from that one into a new clone of the form (that in the meantime was modified in the fields).
    The problem occurred another time also in the new (cloned) form.

    Now I am working keeping a clone copy of the form every time I add a condition in order to identify which condition is generating the problem and to be able of a quick recovery.

    I ‘ll let you know.

    Hi,

    I can confirm that all the conditions (field, pages, …) disappear when I add the last email conditions.
    In the form TICKET SAT you can see two email conditions; I need to add other two email conditions based on fields n.5 and n.10 (ALL TRUE logic) and after I do it everything is deleted.
    In my area you can see two forms:
    TICKET SAT --> with conditions (without the last two)
    Clone of TICKET SAT --> all conditions disappeared after I add the last two

    Hello Marco,

    I have cloned both forms to my account and trying to replicate a problem. But, I am not able to yet. As far as I understand, all conditions are purged once you add 2 more statements to form TICKET SAT, correct? 

    I have cloned that form, can you please tell us what exactly are the conditions so we tested on our end? 

    Just to check, I would also advise to make sure that form is not opened at multiple browser tabs when you are editing it. Form builder runs auto-save, so there can be problems if different versions of same form are loaded in multiple browsers/tabs. 

    We will wait for your reply.

    Hi,

    I confirm that all conditions have been purged as far as I added following conditions (now…I just draft them without saving):
    I also confirm that it happened all times without using multiple sessions.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience. I was testing with a cloned form and was able to add multiple email conditions to existing ones. I have refreshed the page several times, but conditions are still present. 

    I assume there could be a cache problem, so I have cleared form caches for your account. Can you please try once again? Just in case, please use a cloned form to keep conditions on original form. Let us know how it goes.

    Hi,

    sorry to say that the problem now occurred again.
    I changed some details in email (attached pdf) and when I entered the area of conditions, they were completely purged…

    Lot of work to make again and again.
    It’s impossible to work in this way!

    I am sorry about difficulties you are facing. As far as I can see, we do not receive similar reports at the moment. We will probably need to escalate the issue to our developers. Can you please confirm that conditions disappeared from this form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/91163939815365 ? May I ask what browser you are using? Could you try using different browser?

    Yes the form is that, but you can see several clones in the ‘trash’ which have different url (as I was obliged to continuous copies to avoid losing changes done).

    I can confirm again that the problem is coming when setting conditions on email.

    Browser is Chrome.

    I add a detail (maybe useful): the number of submissions is increasing, but I am not submitting any form.
    No one is using the form except me as it’s still in development phase.

    Hi,

    let me know if developers need some additional explanation.

    I can again confirm that the problem is related to the conditions of "change e-mail recipient". For example in the form "TICKET SAT" I have now 3 conditions; as far as I try to add a fourth one, ALL conditions (all kind of) disappear.

    Pls try to solve this asap, because I just need to solve that and I will update my plan to work with the form...
