Form Received without name attached

    Hello, 

    I received an event registration form this morning that was missing key information including name, email address, phone number. I have no idea which person has responded. Can you tell who has sent this reply on your end? I've noticed several glitches with forms lately. Are you worling out bugs or adding updates?

    Hi @EvolutionSupportServices!

    It appears that the respondent simply forgot to enter this information. Unfortunately, there is no way to tell who submitted the form without at least an email address. Could you please go through your recent payments received for this event and see if you are able to identify this vendor?

    To prevent this from happening in the future, please set the name, phone and email fields as Required. Please select the desired field, click on field Properties (the Gear button) and set the Required selector to ON.

    I have also noticed that the Autoresponder for this same form (form: http://www.jotform.ca/form/90517839353262) is not set up fully:

    This means that respondents are not getting an automated email with their submitted data after they fill out the form. To remedy this, please click on the green Pencil icon to edit AUTORESPONDER 1, go to Recipients tab, set Recipient Email dropdown menu to E-mail and click Save.
