Incorrect Paypal account

    We realized we had an old paypal account on the jotform (created by a previous employee) which led to some complete registrations and some incomplete registrations.  Those that were complete, where would their money have gone if their payment was complete?

    I've checked our correct paypal account and the money isn't there.  How long does it take for the money to show up in our paypal account?

    If you integrated old PayPal account the money went to that account and you cannot see it in another one. So to see payments you have to log in to the proper PayPal.

    If you integrated the new account, payments will arrive at it only from that point.

    Payments should show almost immediately in your PayPal dashboard, just make sure that you're checking the correct account.
