Adress Block Issue

Hello, 

I have a form with a section for the Tenant Address. When someone fills out the form it comes back to me showing the Street Address:..... etc as shown below. 

How do I get it to NOT show Street address: City, State, Zip and Country..

I look in the options and could not see anything. All I need is the street address, city, state and zip. The way it comes now some of the information is cut off.

I inspected your form and you are using Street Address 2 field of the Address field to collect City, State, and Zip code. If you want to have a separate field for each option, you should enable them inside of the Address field properties. 

OK, but why is are the tags still showing up in my form cutting off the
collected information?

I'm afraid that tags cannot be removed, but if you need custom way to collect data, you can always use text field:

And create fields that will collect each part of the address:

That way the field will be collected independently, could that work for you?
