Do I need an API plan for my form

I have a registration form where I need a signature at the bottom.  I have dropped in the Docusign widget.  I have set up an account with them and I paid for a yearly plan.  After the 30 day trial it is no longer working.  DocuSign asked that I check with the tech support team at Jotform to see if my form requires an API.  They think I may have been given the wrong plan.

The DocuSign integration in JotForm uses API, so you need to have an API plan in order to use it with JotForm.

I tested your form and the DocuSign widget is working fine.

After I signed it the form was submitted.
