Can I use a lightbox form with Muse?
This is a re-post of a comment on Adding a Form to Adobe Muse

Yes you could, simply embed the form using the light box embed source code.

Can you please share to us the URL of the Muse website where the form was used?
We need to be able to check this for more details for us to provide the appropriate suggestions/solutions.
Will await your updated response.

Hello, it was there:
I've changed with a pop up solution ( click on the green cross ) but I need a solution because I prefer the lightbox solution.
Thanks for your help.

If you need I can replace the lightbox code to see the error?
- EliezerNAnswered on August 20, 2013 at 11:25 AM
That would be great! In that way we can replicate the issue and investigate further and find a solution for this issue. However, Pop up version works fine.

So I've reproduced the error here:

We're still digging into this problem but we will get back to you about it as soon as we know something more. So far I'm only able to replicate the issue in FireFox and the error message first appears. I think that it may have something to do with the Muse Conversion Script your website is using through adobe since after the Error goes away the lightbox works until you refresh the page again.
I was able to trace the error to what I think is a problem somewhere inside this code. However, FF doesn't seem to want to let me view the entire thing at the moment like I wanted to do to check it further.
Anyhow, I am still looking into the issue to see if I can figure out the root of the problem so I just wanted to give you an update about what is going on. If you're able to find or provide any additional information on your end then feel free to let us know.

Thanks for your help... I have something to point out, if you look on this page it works well:
the light box open when you click on the white cross. No error on this page.
So it seems to be the light box in a closing tab who doensn't work.
when I say closing tab I mean like on this page ( http://www.z-studio.ch/sion.html ) if you click on different tab title like ZUMBA® SENTAO it opens a new tab where you can also click on the green cross.

Also, try this:
From the Form Lightbox Codes, change the line from:
See if that makes a difference.
- JotForm SupportWelvinAnswered on August 20, 2013 at 06:52 PM
Also add the Lightbox Codes inside the page content, after the line:
<p id="u42526-53"> </p>
Basically, paste the codes inside the accordion DIV ID.
This is for the Bug Test Page: http://www.z-studio.ch/bug.html.
- pierrecrotAnswered on August 21, 2013 at 03:56 AM
It works with that line: http://cdn.jotfor.ms/static/feedback.js?3.1.1354
I ve changed it on www.z-studio.ch/bug.html and it works great. I'll change it on every pages this evening.
Thank you so much.
Your support is awesom.

Can you please open a new thread about your particular problem? put a title like "Lightbox won't work with Internet Explorer" as this thread title is not related to your last question anymore and it's also becoming too long as several questions have been handle here. We are aiming to handle one issue per thread in order to have a more organized knowledge base that anybody can take advantage of and find a solution quicker than before
Thanks a lot!
