Yes you could, simply embed the form using the light box embed source code.

    Hi,

Can you please share to us the URL of the Muse website where the form was used?

We need to be able to check this for more details for us to provide the appropriate suggestions/solutions.

    Will await your updated response.

    Thanks.

    Hello, it was there:

    http://z-studio.ch/sion.html

I've changed with a pop up solution ( click on the green cross ) but I need a solution because I prefer the lightbox solution.

    Thanks for your help.

If you need I can replace the lightbox code to see the error?

    @pierrecrot

That would be great! In that way we can replicate the issue and investigate further and find a solution for this issue. However, Pop up version works fine.

    Thanks.

We're still digging into this problem but we will get back to you about it as soon as we know something more. So far I'm only able to replicate the issue in FireFox and the error message first appears. I think that it may have something to do with the Muse Conversion Script your website is using through adobe since after the Error goes away the lightbox works until you refresh the page again.

I was able to trace the error to what I think is a problem somewhere inside this code. However, FF doesn't seem to want to let me view the entire thing at the moment like I wanted to do to check it further.

Additionally my colleague pointed out that it may have something to do with a known Mixed Content Block that was applied in FireFox v23 though this seems to be more associated with encryption and conversion between http and https to block malware and data scripting by hackers attempting to convert existing data with injected information for wrongful purposes. This may explain why the JQuery is part of the error since it runs hand-in-hand with JavaScript though so far I am unable to replicate this problem after re-enabling it in a few different ways.

Anyhow, I am still looking into the issue to see if I can figure out the root of the problem so I just wanted to give you an update about what is going on. If you're able to find or provide any additional information on your end then feel free to let us know.

Thanks for your help... I have something to point out, if you look on this page it works well:

    http://www.z-studio.ch/offreseptembre.html

the light box open when you click on the white cross. No error on this page.

So it seems to be the light box in a closing tab who doensn't work.

when I say closing tab I mean like on this page  ( http://www.z-studio.ch/sion.html ) if you click on different tab title like ZUMBA® SENTAO it opens a new tab where you can also click on the green cross.

    Hi,

I guess it has to do with the current Javascript Codes use for the Accordion Tabs for this page: http://z-studio.ch/sion.html. Can you please try to add the Lightbox Codes again so I/we can check and investigate further?

    Also, try this:

From the Form Lightbox Codes, change the line from:

    http://cdn.jotfor.ms/static/feedback2.js?3.1.1354

    to:

    http://cdn.jotfor.ms/static/feedback.js?3.1.1354

See if that makes a difference.

    Thanks

Also add the Lightbox Codes inside the page content, after the line:

    <p id="u42526-53">&nbsp;</p>

Basically, paste the codes inside the accordion DIV ID.

This is for the Bug Test Page: http://www.z-studio.ch/bug.html.

    Thanks

It works with that line: http://cdn.jotfor.ms/static/feedback.js?3.1.1354

I ve changed it on www.z-studio.ch/bug.html and it works great. I'll change it on every pages this evening.

    Thank you so much.

    Your support is awesom.

    @pierrecot

Can you please open a new thread about your particular problem? put a title like "Lightbox won't work with Internet Explorer" as this thread title is not related to your last question anymore and it's also becoming too long as several questions have been handle here. We are aiming to handle one issue per thread in order to have a more organized knowledge base that anybody can take advantage of and find a solution quicker than before

    Thanks a lot!

How do I open the lightbox from an image or button? ( without the use of text, with one target)? Thanks!
