Creating Multiple Ticket Registrations

Hello!

We are putting on an event where teachers can register multiple students.  We will need payment and individual registration on each student, plus a teacher registration.

What would be the best way to do this on JotForm?

We can reach your goal by creating two different forms. First one is for teachers. The teacher fills his/her and the students' details into the first form. When the form is submitted, the emails will send to the student emails which are entered by the teacher. The email will contain the URL of the second form(payment form) with our teacher's details. The students will fill the second form. You can follow these from your submissions page. Please let me make a sample form for you. It will be clearer.

How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL
After cloning you must change the autoresponder email content of the first form with your new payment form URL. This is the first form's settings page.Please be careful when changing the URL. You must both change text and URL.
