submission page doesn't load

Hey:

I've been having problems using my account lately. This has been going on for several weeks and is easily reproducible. In the video linked you'll see me click to see responses and the form list just reloads. Then, I can't click anything else on the page. Any ideas?

I have checked your account and I was able to open the submission page with your form.

Can you please try clearing your browser's cache or user another web browser in opening your form submission?
