Name element not populating correctly in Emails and Google Sheets

    I used the Name element in the form builder, I did not create my own fields. On the form, it breaks it down into a first name and a last name field although both are under Name.

    However, in all the output, I'm having problems with the way the Name field is populated.
    First name contains the first AND last name.
    Last name contains the last name.

    This affects the Email Notification, the Autoresponder, and the Google Sheet file.

    Hi @lynnephelps!

    Thank you for reaching out to our Support Forum! After further inspecting your form it looks like the Name field on your form is to enter like this:

    This is causing the google sheet to show two separate columns. What I recommend using to avoid this mix up is maybe trying to use the Short Text Entry Widget like in the example below.
