Hi there!
I want to downgrade from silver to free. Right now it doesn't reflect that choice on my account. Am I downgraded?

Your account looks still active. I have seen your downgrade request but there is no action for now. We can cancel your subscription on our end. Please inform us if you confirm.

I’d like to downgrade from a silver subscription to a free subscription if possible.
I produce an annual tradeshow and I’d like to keep the free account as it has the attendee registration form design, of which I’ll use when I upgrade later in 2020.

As requested we have cancelled your subscription, downgraded to Free and initiated a refund. Please note that the refund could take 5 to 10 days to be reflected in your account.
Later when you want to upgrade, you may do so by referring to this guide - How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
