PDF Forms do not display correctly when downloaded

The downloaded Pdf version of our form does not contain the edits made in the PDF Editor (most notably the character length/width of the "Contact 1-4" fields; some misplaced text runs over the title of the "BDM" field)

Is there a reason why this might occur?  Do we have any way to prevent this from happening once our form is downloaded?

I have been checking your form and I can see the downloaded PDF form displays normally except the BDM field, example: 

I can see the issue may be happening due to the last contact field overlapping the next page, example: 

You may try moving the field down to the next page or adding a page break/empty space, you will find these elements under the basic elements of the add element section while on the PDF editor.
