How can I include a sub-form?

I have multiple properties that need an inspection form completed for my property management company. The forms include a mix of items specific to the property, along with a checklist of general requirements for every property. The general lists I would like to include so that 1) I don't need to recreate on every form and 2) If one item changes or is added or deleted, all forms will be updated.

Is this possible? Another program uses something called a "sub-form" to accomplish this, but I like the UI of Jotform if it solve this request.

Jotform doesn't have that feature. You can still use form field manager widget https://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager to copy a field from one form to another, however, there's no feature in Jotform that updates all forms that has a certain field.

What you can do is update the field on the main form and use field manager to copy the updated field into all other forms.
