Help with user access

    I have a user rec@mackaygymnastics.org.au on our main account doc@mackaygymnastics.org.au that has created forms but has now been told that her submission limit has been reached and she has to upgrade her account.  Not sure what has happened.  Any advice would be helpful.

    Your account limit is not carried over to your sub-users. What you can do is move the forms from his account into your account and share the form with him as a sub-user. This way it will use your own account limit instead of his.
