I clicked the picture but it wouldn't come up

Hi, I ordered a sign from you guys a while ago but when I went to click on the picture it wouldn’t come up. I believe I selected the wrong picture, is there anyways I could change the picture and if I can can you contact me back, thanks.

I'm sorry, but would you mind providing us with more details regarding this matter? I checked our logs, and there is no prior support ticket about this. I also check the emails, but I cannot find one there that is sent to your current email address used for posting this thread.
