Incorrect payment received on our form

    I have a discount that I built in on my website, so the price rings up $25 less than listed until May15th. It has been working fine until today when it started charging the wrong amount. $350 instead of $325 and yet it says the right amount in the form builder. I have attached a screen shot to show you what it says vs what it rings up. For now, I just refunded my client the $25, but this is an issue of trust since I do not  know a lot of my vendors and i should be getting more in the next 5 weeks!

    I have checked your JotForm and see that the payment type is set to User defined amount in the payment field. However, there is no calculation field selected in the wizard.


    I see that there is a calculation widget added to the form. But there is no formula set to perform the total amount to be charged. In the submission that you have already received, I suspect that the user has entered the amount manually in the payment field to make the payment.
