How do I choose which fields to send to which clients?

I am making a form for less than 10 clients to use for creating jobsheets for a flooring contracting business. Most of these jobs, I calculate the invoice but one of the clients tells me the price to charge. I would like to be able to send a confirmation of the job once booked to the client and the actual customer. 

Can I send a confirmation email back to Client with all the info and another to the customer with that information removed?

One of my clients will fill out this form with some price information.

I would like the whole document emailed to me and him, but also a copy sent to the end user but this email should be without the price info.

Can this be done?

I understand that you want to send a different email with only some fields information on the form. If so, you may consider customizing the email template that needs to be sent to the user as per your requirement. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with this.
