I tried to import a pdf form. But there is an error message saying my doc is not a fillable form. Can you help explain why?
If needed, I can send you my pdf forms to take a look.

Are you trying to import a FormsCentral fillable PDF form? Please note that this tool is meant for FormCentral only: https://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/
If that fillable PDF is a FormsCentral form, then follow this guide: How-to-Import-Adobe-FormsCentral-PDF-Forms-to-JotForm
If it is not from FormsCentral, then it won't work. Let us know if you have more questions.

arnoldchanReplied on April 27, 2019 at 7:43 AMThank you for getting back. It’s a fillable form created in Acrobat DC. Is it convertible to Jotform?
Warm regards

Unfortunately, if our PDF import tool does not accept the PDF you are trying to upload then it means that no areas are fillable or it is not compatible.
You can create a fillable PDF using our PDF editor if you like.
