Is it possible to link form to a docx file?

Hi I want to link the form to a docx file.

Data input in form will be filled in the docx file.

After payment docx will become available for download

Unfortunately, we are not able to manipulate the docx files. Instead, you can create a PDF document and fill it with form data. After form submitted(when payment completed), the PDF document can be sent to the end user.
