I created the most simpliest form. Name, email, message, and 3 radio buttons to route it. It was disabled. Now all forms are diabled. What gives? I tried copying a form created on another account (mine) to show a client (this form), and that didn't work either. (Copy and paste resulted in a different form!)

We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.
Your 'goodolgirls' account was suspended by our automated anti-phishing system due to suspicious imported forms. You have some 'password' fields on these imported forms, so they look suspicious for our system.
Now that account has been re-activated. Please remove your 'imported' forms if possible.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

Mike: Please not that I had no such thing. I was copy and pasting a form from another account into my clients account. Everytime I pasted the URL (as specified by the help files) I got the wrong form (which was a form that contained some sort of password fields that I never put in!!) You should check to see if that this system works.

Thank you for explanation. We have removed these junk forms from your account.
When you copy the form it is better to use the full form URL. It can be like this:
