I am trying to set up our registration form however, it keeps saying only one submission allowed. How do I turn that off? I need to be able to accept multiple submissions per family

It's possible that you have enabled one of the following settings in your form.
How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form
How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question
You may disable the options to prevent your form from not accepting multiple submissions.
