I cannot access my account or forms.

    Hey there, 


    I have a free account with you guys and for some reason only my Virtual assistant can edit and see forms that come through your platform. 


    I need to update the account now because we've exceeded our quota, but I can't do that if I can't access or see my account. 


    Please email me ASAP as we are sending a lot of traffic to those forms

    Are you able to login to your account? If not, try resetting your account password https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-the-password.
