Why isn't the email alert registering a new email address

    When I set up a new email alert for a form, I type in a new recipient email address. But when I go to send a test email, it defaults to our user email address.

    Let me please inform you that the 'Test Email' button is sending to the email address associated with your JotForm account only. You will need to submit the form in order to test the email notification(s), it will send to every email recipient.
