Where do I edit/create Thank You Page?

Please How and Where can I create or see the Thank You page option?

You can create Thank you Page by going to Settings >> Thank You Page. Please refer to the screenshot below:

I have checked your form and it seems you are using Card Forms. You may edit your thank you page by scrolling down to the last card and clicking the "Edit Thank you Page" Button.
