Problem again receiving our completed JotForm via email, the one titled... "Web Page Photos"...

    We are, once again, having issues with receiving our emails once a customer completes the JotForm titled "Web Page Photos". ALL other JotForms are fine. It's only this form. Per our prior messages, we have already gone in, cleared the cache and removed and re added the email address and also confirmed our email is not on the "bounce" list. Once we do this, we immediately start receiving the emails again but, after 2 or 3 submissions, it stops again and we have to log in, complete the above steps again, then manually forward the completed JotForm to our email. This is taking too much time! Could you please have your back office developers look into this once and for all? Would really appreciate it. The above Submission ID is the last one that "failed" to send. The one right before it came to us fine. Thank you so much! :)
