    Not sure why but dropbox and Jotform need to be refreshed around every 3 to 6 weeks... or they get disconnected....

    May we know which Form are you referring to?

    Did you have the DropBox near its limits at some time since if your DropBox account gets near the limit it can break the integration?

    If you experience this issue once again you can first try clearing the Form Cache for your account.

    If it still does not work then

    1. Remove the integration.
    2. Clear Form cache.
    3. re-integrate again.

    If you experience the issue again then let us know and we will escalate this issue to our development team.
