Wondering if I can copy sections of one form (including conditions) to another form.

I'm using jotforms to walk customers through a process that allows them to get quotes on our company's products. It wouldn't be the end of the world if I HAD to do it over, but because of the nature of our products, the forms are somewhat complex. I have a lot of fields and conditions that appear on conditions occuring throughout the form.

In a nutshell >> I've got a folder of about 8 jotforms. Initially they were going to be seperat forms; however, to avoid forcing our customers to submit multiple quote requests should they choose to inquire about multiple products (which they often do) I've decided to merge them all into one form that begins with a list of checkboxes. Once checked, the appropriate collapsable sections will appear.

    Like so:

    Hope this Helps...

So I would like to essentially copy/paste each of the 8 forms into one master form that I've begun. Is there a quick way to do this? Also, I imagine that once submitted, we will recieve a large form with a lot of empty fields. Is this avoided by declaring a section as "hidden", set to appear upon condition? As is, I have the opposit— sections to to be hidden on conditions that are "not equal to" their corresponding checkboxes.

I appologize for the length of my inquiry..

    Thanks,

    Andy Hingtgen

I am sorry to inform you, but there is no way to copy the form fields between our forms. It is only possible to Clone the entire forms, but still you can not merge the forms.

Also, I imagine that once submitted, we will recieve a large form with a lot of empty fields. Is this avoided by declaring a section as "hidden", set to appear upon condition? Unfortunately, it is not that easy to automatically alter the email template. We have the auto-hide only for some field types, you can check the following thread to find out more information on this:

Auto Hide Empty Fields From the Notification Email

Alternatively, it may be possible to use conditional Email Notifications on your form. For example, one Email Notification (with customized email body) per section.

If you need any further assistance on this, please let us know. Thank you.
