How can I add to a form?

Hi, I need to add a section to my online form and wondering how I do that? The form can be seen on the homepage of my website. 

Since I'm not sure yet how would you want the section to appear in your form, I suggest that you check the elements under the PAGE ELEMENTS on the form builder page to see which would best suit your needs.
