System hangs when trying to update PDF

I have created a PDF that is generated after form submission,

Now im trying to edit the form and i always get the attached screen

the buttons are non responsive and the page just hangs

The message you are getting on the PDF Editor page normally appears if there were changes made to your form.

Would you want to have the changes made to your form applied to the existing PDF Document you created?

Also, can you tell us what Operating System your device has and what browser were you using when you encountered the issue, please?

Yes i want the changes saved.. is it something you can do from your side ?

or do i need to do something ?

I see there is a totally customized template in PDF editor. Please note that updating the template will reset the styling. If you would like to keep styling, but only to add or remove fields, I can suggest to do this manually after clicking 'No' for update prompt. I have also created new document, it is new updated document same as you would get after updating the template. Please check once again which document you would like to keep and let us know if you will need our help with deleting unnecessary document.
