I purchased silver package but HIPAA compliances features not yet activated ... how long will that take? I need the form active and HIPAA compliant ASAP!

Now that you have upgraded to Silver plan, you need to follow this guide to enable HIPAA Compliant on your account: https://www.jotform.com/help/500-How-to-upgrade-to-HIPAA-Compliance
