How to create Custom Payment form with varied prices base on location

    Hi my name is jose I am the owner of anchor down marine services would it be possible to build a custom form with the ability to take In payments. We offer several services from fuel delivery to cleaning and detailing and mechanical repairs we are looking to build a form that allows our customers to submit mechanical requests and also the ability to charge for fuel and cleaning services. One issue we face is the fact that because we are nationwide are prices for fuel change zip code by zip code so prices very my location. If this could work please let me know I would love to business with hot form any suggestions would be highly appreciative thank you

    Checked your account and I see you already created your form, to which I believed where you wanted to add the custom payment option.

    I suggest doing it by these steps:

    1. Add the Payment field (payment integration you wanted to use).

    2. Configure the payment settings. And add the payments and services you offer.

    3. For the custom payments related to per location charges, you can make used of the payment field Tax payments option.

    As you can see the tax option was base on location.

    You can change the text "Tax Location" to something else text which is relevant to what you need to represent the charges for.
