if I use a jotform to have my clients upload a photo of a voided check (we need the routing and account info to set them up for to receive monthly electronic payments, what steps do I need to take to make sure that information is secure?  I have a public key for the uploads, and I noticed I receive a link to the uploaded file in the form submission email from jotform.

Please note that collecting sensitive information like credit card information, user login details along with file upload fields is not allowed with JotForm. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information in this regard. You may collect bank account number and routing number using Jotform normal text fields by following the below:

    1. Account needs to be registered with your organization email address

    2. Add your organization terms using Terms & conditions widget and a Signature widget to get the user's consent

You may also use eCheck.Net payment integration that Jotform has implemented to help our users go smoothly through the process of getting a payment directly from your customers’ bank account without infringing any law or putting our company in jeopardy.
