How do I apply for Non-Profit discount with HIPPA compliance?

    Greetings,


    My name is Josh Bruce and I am assisting non profit redo their website pro-bono and am very interested in using jotform on the new website.

    The not for profit provides counseling services and typically has prospective clients fill out an intake form and sign documents before the engage in their group therapy services. The ability to securely collect this information would greatly help them provide even better service.


    My understanding is that you provide a 50% discount pricing for HIPPA secure forms to non profits.

    What is required to take advantage of this and what are the next steps secure this pricing.

    You may apply for the non-profit discount from the link below:

    https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing

    Once the application is approved, you'll be receiving an email with the confirmation. You may then upgrade your account at discounted price from the pricing page or the upgrade/billing section of your account settings after logging into your JotForm account. 

    After upgrading your account to Silver/Gold plan, you should be able to enable HIPAA compliance for your account by following the guide below:
