Upload Space not refreshing

Hello. Please note that our upload space is not refreshing.  Please assist....

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account and found that you have several forms in "Trash" folder. One of your deleted form "Mt Eden Village - Win A Ticket To Fly" has uploaded file which is consuming your upload storage space. 

Please restore deleted form and then delete submissions to free up upload space. Alternatively you can also purge deleted form as well.
