eWAY payment tool shows error message "PCI check failed".

    We reported an error message when my clients try and pay last friday. I was responded to by being told i would hear further once the issue is resolved but i haven't and this is affecting my business


    It says PCI checks are failed. I have checked with our credit card system provider and they have relayed that all is fine at their end

    please help

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    This issue is already escalated to our backend team and they are looking into the issue of eWAY payment tool. 

    This should be resolved soon. We will get back to you on this thread as soon as we have any update.
