Why is my account "expired due to non-payment"

    Hi,

    I've received an e-mail stating that "JotForm Silver Monthly Subscription Canceled".

    I have been paying on time using the credit card.

    1. Why does that happen?

    2. How do I reactivate the account?

    The next billing date was on April 14th, it seems due to insufficient balance we were not able to charge you on that date.

    You may upgrade your account again at earliest.
