Hi, everytime ther is a submission created it sends an email and sets up a DropBox folder with a pdf of uploaded files and a copy of the submission...

One of the submissions failed to set up a Dropbox folder "DM237"... how do we work out why so that we can fix it?

I received the automated email notification...

    Please help me solve this.

    Thank you

    Kind regards

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. As I check your JotForm submissions, I see that there is another submission with DM238. Could you check the folder for the other submission is created? Also, please check the DropBox folder directly by logging into your DropBox account and see if the folder is not created.

As far a I am aware, there was no issue reported with the DropBox integration and should be working fine. Please check the integration in the form again and see if everything is correctly set. If the folder for the new submission has been created in the DropBox, we request you try reintegrating the DropBox to the form.

    DM238 and DM236 were created just the DM237 folder wasn’t automatically created…
I find this curious as it was the submission in the middle of the 3 that were all done in the same timeframe…
Have checked DropBox and there is no trace of it ever being created… it was not within the deleted stuff either…
The Submitter must have clicked the submit button because I received the email notification so other than them not clicking that I am lost as to why the folder will have not been created…
Maybe just an unlucky glitch… power surge, cosmos… who knows… I will file this away as unlucky and keep it for if it ever happens again…
    Thank you
