eWay integration is producing PCI Checks are failed error message

    I have tested on another form as still the same issue

    90218565515862

    This is affecting all our forms


    Please note we are using mastercard/visa cards not paypal

    Sorry the issue is not fixed.  I still cannot submit with a 'live' CC on any of our forms.

    Any other ideas

    Q: are you testing with a Credit card ie Visa or Master card.?  Can you test in sandbox mode by doing this? (not paypal)

    I have cloned a couple of my forms to test the payments and all I get now when submitting a CC payment is 

    PCI :: Payment Error
    Client error response [status code] 401 [reason phrase] Unauthorized [url] https://api.sandbox.ewaypayments.com/DirectPayment.json

    I have just tested again on form 90218565515862.  Why is it coming up with Sandbox error?

    This form 90447038769872 still gives the error 

    Error

    PCI checks are failed.


    When we use a Visa Card (live).


    So no it is not fixed

    Argghhhhh.  

    When we try to submit a form with a payment gateway (not using, as we are bypassing) we get the error of

    Please note this has only just occurred and is happening on all our forms with a payment gateway


    Are you changing things in the background, as every time I test I get a different error.....
