I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test your form and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having.

Do you see any error message when you click on the back / next button to go to previous or next page? Please share a screenshot of the issue and we will take a look. The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post:  https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Is the issue happening with any specific browser? Please let us know and we will take a look.

We will wait for your response.

    Hello,

The situation is happening with Chrome and Firefox browsers, but on different questions.

If I use the link without the "?session=migascarva@gmail.com" the form is working fine...., but with the user session, the forms blocks.

    Thank you for your help.

Please check images (I can't advance, and I do not have any error message on the page):

I tested your form in both browsers and I was able to replicate the issue. Can you replicate it with other session URL's?

Can we change the entered data on the session link you provided to run some additional tests? Also, please provide us a link of your first form, so that we can test the form with a new session.

I inspected the settings of your form and I saw that the Auto Fill feature is also enabled. You should not use both save & continue form later methods at the same time. I would also suggest you to disable your conditions, just to check if they are causing this issue.

    Hello,

Yes I was able to replicate it with other session URL.

Yes you can change the data in that link, to do further tests. Be aware that some person are already answering the form, so your tests must ensure that the data is not lost or the form filling is compromised.

There is no first Form, because I already have the list of persons(Emails) that will answer to the form.

Ok, In that case I have disabled the Auto Fill.

I have tested that and the problems stayed... How are they causing the issue, if I can run this on internet explorer without problems....

Beware that at first time this worked well, only after I restarted my browser the problems have started.

I have tested the session of your form, and reloaded it in my Chrome browser, which allows me to navigate through all pages, it never gets stuck:

What gives the impression of being stuck on the same page is the repeated title each page(7, 8, and 9) has:

    Hello,

The repeated title is hieden, has JOTFORM suggested in every popup that appear when deleting a field....

Did you read the message from your colleague BJoanna?

Have Jotform changed any configuration on the backend? Because I have tested again and now the form is working. Did Jotform solved the problem?

    Thank you in advance.

    Best regards,

I think my colleague did not make any changes to the submission because he did not mention it in his response. The session URL also works fine on my end. I got the same report from other user and the issue was fixed so I think that's a temporary problem on our end, we're sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Please report back if there are any more issues.
