Submission emails are not being sent for few submissions.

    Hi,

    This is a problem that has occurred with you in the past.

    Some of the completed forms are not being automatically forwarded to our nominated email account.

    These are application forms from people with disabilities to attend an event with our charity, it is really unprofessional that we are missing some of the applications and not responding to people.

    In particular, the 'Somerset Adventure Application form'. At least 3 applications were not forwarded to us.

    I've included the submissions URL. Please investigate.

    We are paying for this service and I will have to switch to another provider if the problem continues.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should receive submission emails without any problem.

    Do you mean to say that you are missing submission submission emails for only few submissions? Please let us know the latest 3 submissions for which emails were not sent and we will take a look.

    We will wait for your response.
