- eurekainstituteAsked on February 15, 2013 at 05:30 PMI think I get he 100Monthly Submissions, ( means I can have 100 people fill out my forms within the month - or is this a 30 day period?) But I don't understand the 10 SSL Secure Submissions-10 Receive Payments. Most of the year our organization will have limited enrollment and the only time it may be an issue would be July and August. If I go over can I just pay for those months?

The 100 submissions are regular submissions which happens when users submit data using the regular form 'http' while the 10 SSL Secure Submissions is the submission that uses 'https' in the form url. The monthly limit resets every first day of the month if you reach the limit of 10 SSL or 100 regular submissions whichever comes first then your form will stop working until you upgrade the account. Before the form is about to be deactivated you will receive a notification email to allow you to upgrade.
