cancel and refund subscription

    Good afternoon, 

    I upgraded my form to enable us to collate more replies. As soon as the form was completed, I then downgraded the form so that I no longer have to pay. Which I confirmed I am able to do before I upgraded. 

    I have done this TWICE now - and still this is taking money off me. When I go onto 'pricing' on your website, it looks as though I have never downgraded. Which isnt correct. I have downgraded twice, the first time, and AGAIN after another payment was taken. I now will try and downgrade for the third time. 

    This issue needs fixing as I am now paying for a service which for three times I have removed.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    I have checked your account subscription and it seems you're under the Bronze monthly.

    You would have to cancel your subscription in PayPal to complete the downgrade.
