You are using a custom sender email address by verification method. I suspect Microsoft has detected your email account as being spoofed by someone since the originating IP address is from Jotform, and that is why they filtered the emails from Jotform as spam. You may consider configuring the custom sender by SMTP.
First, delete the current custom sender: https://www.jotform.com/help/241-How-to-Edit-Delete-Sender-Emails-on-SMTP-Settings.
Next, set up the SMTP: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.
